This utility program searches out users' home directories and then modifies
their configuration. This allows network administrators to, for example,
install new software, and then give all users on the network the needed
configuration files to run the new program.
- ADDHOME™ can search for directories or files to identify
a home directory.
- When these identifiers are found, ADDHOME™ can
- copy new files.
- delete outdated files.
- create directories.
- delete directories.
- Files to be copied are fully buffered to increase speed and reduce
network traffic.
